All our deliveries will be contactless. Deliveries will be left outside, at the door and recipient will be informed.

Next day and scheduled delivery available. Our trusty delivery agents are always ready to deliver your flowers with care. 
 

Delivery Charges

Next Day Delivery

(Orders have to be placed before 4:00pm, for all other deliveries unless otherwise stated, there will be a $9 charge per location.

Additional $6 Surcharge for the following areas:
Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas area, Kranji Turf Club

No delivery to Restricted Areas

Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to the following restricted areas:
All military camps & bases, Surrounding islands, Jurong Island and Cargo Complex.

Delivery Schedule
Monday to Sundays except Public Holidays.
Weekdays from 11.00am to 7
.00pm
Weekends from 11.00am to 5.00pm.


In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details provided or wait time of more than 15 minutes,
there will be a re-delivery fee of $9. You will be contacted to schedule for a re-delivery.

RETURN POLICY

1. You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be incorrect or damaged at time of delivery, claims for return (if any) must be lodged to our customer service via phonecall +65 9383 9782 / email bespokefioresg@gmail.com, within the next 3 working days from the date of delivery or collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims, after 3 working days from the date of delivery/collection. All requests for refund will be reviewed on case-by-case basis and subjected to approval.


2. Goods will be refunded at the price value per order confirmation.

3. Delivery charges, promotional discounts or vouchers are non-refundable.

4. Only one-time Return & Refund is allowed per order.

5. Returned items will be refunded via eVouchers of price value excluding delivery charges, and other promotional discounts.

6. Refund eVouchers will be issued to customer within 7 working days upon successful approval of Return request.

7. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. While we try to display product images as accurately as possible, due to the lighting and different devices you might be using, the color of the image may vary slightly from the actual product.

 

8. Please bear in mind that no 2 products are the same, flowers are natural products and there will be variation in flower sizes and form. Bespoke Fiore reserves the rights to reject any return requests due to the variation in flower sizes and form.

9. Please be reminded that these preserved flowers has been specially treated and some of them were dyed, they were treated to make them last longer than regular fresh flowers, they do not last forever. They have to be placed at a dry and airy place at all times, with no contact with water as humidity will cause the flowers to stain your hands/clothes. Upon purchase, you understand and agree that Bespoke Fiore is not responsible or liable for any damages.
