Orders have to be placed before 3:00 PM, for all other deliveries unless otherwise stated, there will be a charge of $9 per location.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect details provided or wait time of more than 15 minutes or no recipient,
there will be a re-delivery fee of $10. You will be contacted to schedule for a re-delivery.

1. You shall examine the goods upon collection for any damages. If any product is found to be incorrect or damaged at time of delivery, claims for return (if any) must be lodged to our customer service via phone call at +65 98457605 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, within same day of delivery or collection; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your requests or claims. All requests for refund or exchange will be reviewed on case by case basis and subjected to approval within a week.
2. Refunds are only for damaged goods upon receiving. No other refunds or exchange will be entertained. Goods will be refunded at the price value per order confirmation, minus the delivery charges.
3. Delivery charges, promotional discounts or vouchers are non-refundable.
4. Only one-time return and refund is allowed per order.
5. Returned items will be refunded via eVouchers of price value excluding delivery charges, and other promotional discounts.
6. Refund eVouchers will be issued to customer within 7 working days upon successful approval of return request.
7. All Pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancement. While we try to display product images as accurately as possible, due to the lighting and different devices you might be using, the colour of the image may vary slightly from the actual product. 8. Please note that no 2 products are the same, flowers are natural products and there will be variation in flower sizes, forms and colours. Bespoke Fiore reserves the rights to reject any return requests due to variation in flower sizes and form.
9. Please note that these preserved flowers have been specially treated and some of them have gone through a dyeing process and were treated to make them last longer than regular fresh flowers, they do not last forever. Their colours may fade over time. They have to be placed in airy place at all times, with no contact with water as humidity will cause the flowers to stain your hands/clothes.
10. Upon purchase, you understand and agree that Bespoke Fiore is not responsible or liable for any damages.
11. Bespoke Fiore reserves the full rights to decline a refund request.
